Cold Brew Negroni

Cold Brew Negroni

A modern twist on an old classic

Can't decide between coffee and a cocktail? Meet the Cold Brew Negroni. This is an easy, low ABV cocktail that always hits the spot.

The Campari and coffee mix very well together, with the bitter notes of the Campari playing off the dark, earthy flavors in the coffee. This is a bitter cocktail that is sure to please the biggest hipster friend you have.

Cold Brew Negroni

  • 1 1/2 oz cold brew concentrate (I used Trader Joe's, great stuff)
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Express orange peel oil over cocktail and drop it into the glass.

Big thanks to Alex Evjen for capturing these shots during the process, check out her blog for two other cocktails we collaborated on for Father's Day.
